As I mentioned in the Events & Workshops list for for March and April, I am still building up the list of regularly scheduled workshops and classes in the UK, so please let me know if you know of any that belong on this list. May Birds are singing, lilacs are in bloom and I’m wearing flip flops – spring is here and with it lots of events and fun things to do. It has been a record warm season here in the Northeast and apparently the pollen count is extremely high. Happily, it seems like the NAET treatments I got [...] As I mentioned in my post yesterday, I decided to split up the Events & Workshops lists into US/Canada and the UK. There is so much going on in the next few months that keeping them all together would result in a ridiculously long list, plus I think this makes more sense. As you can see, [...] After what has been one of the weather-wise best winters ever in my opinion (no snow, only a few days below freezing), it’s starting to feel like spring. Every morning, the birds are singing outside my window, and there is a glimmer of daylight left when I leave work in the evening. It really does [...] Once again, the holidays are almost behind us and it’s time to get back to business. Workshop activity is picking up a bit again, and I am also in the process of updating the visiting courses for 2012 (listed at the end of each country’s school list). I should be done with that in the [...] This is the shortest events and workshops list we have had here so far. Partly because everyone is taking some much needed time off to focus on the holiday festivities (and hopefully get some rest too), and partly because I decided to adjust the lists so that they run per calendar year. So this list [...] How quickly the summers go by (even if they’re horrible like mine was). Fall is already here and with it, an abundance of classes and workshops. As always, if you know of an event that belongs on this list, please contact me and I will add it. October is Summer is here and it’s finally feeling like it in Massachusetts. After a cold and rainy June, we’re now enjoying sunshine and 90+ temperatures (at least I’m enjoying it – I’ll take that any day over snow!). There are plenty of classes and workshops in August and September, although noticeably fewer than earlier in the [...] It’s been a cold and rainy spring here in the Northeast, but hopefully the worst of it is over and we can look forward to a warm and dry summer. There are lots of various holistic health training opportunities in the next few months, and as always, if you know of an event that belongs [...] Winter is pretty much done, and I saw the first snowdrops and crocuses just last week. It feels like we’re all coming out of hibernation and there are lots of classes and workshops to choose from all over the US and Canada. And, for the first time, events in the UK are included on the [...] With the hoopla of the holidays behind us, other activities are starting up again. Here are the upcoming workshops for the next few months (as always, please let me know if you have an event to add to the list). I have also updated a few more of the Visiting Classes & Workshops on each of [...] I know I always say this, but can you believe the holidays are upon us already? I wish they could move Christmas to March so you had more time to enjoy all the lights and festive decorations. I think it would make the snow and darkness more bearable too. Anyway… As usual, things quiet down on [...] Summer is behind us and the days are quickly getting shorter. Here in the Northeast, the air has already taken on a fall-like feel and more and more leaves are gathering on the sidewalks. I love fall, but it’s always hard to say goodbye to summer, especially one that was as spectacular as this one. October [...] I am writing this in the beginning of July and as I’m looking at the dates, I can’t believe that summer is almost over already. Why does it always go by so fast and why can’t summer last for 9 months and the rest be squished into 3? Well, I guess we better enjoy it [...] There are lots and lots of classes and workshops all around the country in the next few months – I think this is our longest list yet. Enjoy! I think we’re all feeling more alive and ready to expand our horizons this time of year. There is an abundance of opportunities to learn everything from animal massage to Shamanic healing in the next few months; this is the longest list of classes and [...] With the holidays behind us, activity is picking up quite a bit.
