I realize this is far from complete (partly because there are many European languages I don’t speak or understand, and partly because not everyone has a website), so as usual, if you know of a school that belongs on this list, please contact me. I plan to build on this list as I hear about/discover unlisted schools, so if you don’t see one in your area right now, keep checking back.
